Beginning in 2018, a group of entertainment industry friends were discussing new talent development in the music, TV and film industries, and the frustrations that new talent are facing on a daily basis, with very little chance to succeed. The question arose, how much good talent was never in a position to be exposed and discovered? A reality check made it clear that most talent unfortunately did not even have a fair chance to be heard or seen, but were misguided and slipped away unnoticed, having given up or gotten lost, or worse, badly abused and hurt. Everyone or their friend or family member has a story to tell, and we want to share them and their story with the world, so the world will have more great talent today than the day before.
So something would have to change if we wanted to revolutionize the industry and see that new talent is supported and recognized by the community and its leaders. The culture of society would have to change on a level that sets great examples to the younger generation, and at the same time teaches them that once they are successful and established, they must show their appreciation for the support given them by society, and demonstrate a desire to give back by helping future generations, and set the standards for them to become a prestigious part of the culture, without borders. This would set the standard for the youth to be part of a new beginning and a brighter tomorrow. At the same time it would pose the questions to the established generations, why hasn’t this already been done? It will give equal opportunity for all participants and funders on multiple levels, including all cultures without borders, to see that the possibilities, seen in a new light, are unlimited, and will set great standards for future generations, and demonstrate that show business is not just the money-making machine of a few of the fortunate ones, but can be based on fundamental values and a greater appreciation of up and coming talent that is supportive of generating this new feedback loop in perpetuity. This would apply to all aspects of creativity in entertainment, and hopefully would inspire other industries to follow suit, so ultimately society can upgrade its value system and examine and cure its shortcomings.
We choose entertainment because it’s the most exposed and most recognized leading industry in which to begin this pioneering process. Thanks to today’s technology, we are able to reach out to the entire world’s population in one way or another, even in the most remote areas, which was impossible just a decade ago.
The Foundation has established relationships with various entities in the industry with its committed leadership and access to unlimited well-recognized and award-winning professionals that unselfishly will help many future talents develop to their full recognition, and set new standards for the foundation and the generations to come.
